Freight Terms & Conditions

Scope
These terms apply to freight services booked with Gelle Transport, together with any carrier terms, bills of lading and air waybills issued for a shipment.
Shipper responsibilities
Accurate description, value, weight and documentation of goods; proper packing; and compliance with export and import laws.
Payment
Freight charges are payable as stated on the confirmed quote or invoice. Duties and taxes are the responsibility of the importer unless agreed otherwise.
